More Snyder libel case

Here is a New York Times article about the Snyder case. It adds the interesting elements that Snyder filed the suit in New York, and sent a seemingly threatening letter to the owners of the paper before commencing legal action.

Stories about legal case against WikiLeaks

Here's an interview with a former State Department lawyer suggesting legal action is a good idea.
Here's a Time Magazine story suggesting legal action would be fraught with problems.
Both stories make reference to the landmark Pentagon Papers case, New York Times vs. U.S.
A smart moot court participant (mooter? moot-courtier?) might want to study that case.
